Frequently Asked Questions
Q ) Which package is for me?
A ) Our basic package fits the needs of most business websites. If you are unsure, just start small, you can always upgrade later.
Q ) What if I go over my limits?
A ) Our bandwidth overage fee is $1 per gig. Fire Pixel will recommend an upgrade if you go over your limit.
Q ) What happens if I pay for a year of hosting and my needs increase mid-year?
A ) You will be notified and we only ask you to pay the difference.
Q ) How reliable is this hosting?
A ) Fire Pixel offers a 99.9% up-time guarantee.
Q ) How do I manage my email accounts?
A ) Fire Pixel will provide you with a login to your control panel where you can manage a number of site functions including your email accounts.
Q ) How do I order my website address?
A ) Click the 'purchase now' button next to the package that best fits your business and at the next screen you can check the availability of your preferred domian name.
Q ) Why are Unlimited Hosting plans bad?
A ) "Unlimited hosting" means the hosting provider is not imposing any arbitrary limits on traffic or disk space. However, the server capacity and health is indeed limited so your hosting account is at the mercy of all other accounts hosted on that server.
